Visitors from Iceland to see iPads

Lovely to welcome Anna Mitchell (from CEC Digital Learning Team, in collaboration with Education Scotland) with a delegation from Iceland to see how iPads are being used at Sciennes. Thank you to Mrs Barker, Ms French, Mr Howie and Ms Sellar for welcoming the visitors into their classrooms and to all the pupils who shared their learning so articulately. Great for them to meet and converse in Icelandic with pupils Helga and David and thank you very much to our visitors for the beautiful book, which will be kept in our Library, and the delicious chocolates!
