Sciennes has been a pilot school for the 'School Streets' safer streets project. City of Edinburgh is nearing the ninth month of
operation for the Phase 1 schools and 3 months for phase 2 schools of the School Streets project. An evaluation is now being prepared ahead of a committee
meeting in August where the decision will be taken on the future of the
project after the end of the pilot.
