As part of their Citizenship project, Linda Young, Scottish Parliament Officer, visited P7s to discuss roles of the Parliament and MSPs. Classes formed their own political parties, leaders presented party speeches and then held an election to vote for the topics that mattered most to them. The session wrapped up with pupils designing their own MSP with suitable qualities. Linda has worked with us over a number of years and it was lovely to welcome her back again. We wish her a healthy, happy retirement at the end of term.
